A Smoothie A Day - Will Keep The Pain Away

If you suffer from any kind of pain I recommend that you give this recipe a try. I can't guarantee that you will have the same results but you won't be any worse. As always start with GOD. Go claim what HE's already promised. Good health, a long life and sound mind. Then mix up a smoothie and drink to your health.
Smoothie recipe:
Maca powder
Braggs Apple cider vinegar with the Mother- 1/4 to 1/2 cup
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Knox Gelatine (unflavored) - 1 packet
Ground flax seeds - 2 tsp
Ground chia seeds - 2 tbs
Protein powder of your choice - 1 scoop or as recommended on the container
Water, juiced vegetables or 100% fruit juice - 1/2 to 1 cup
Banana - 1
Frozen fruit - 1/2 cup
Frozen vegetables - 1/2 cup (I use cauliflower rice, spinach, or kale)
